Our beginner French classes are a fun and enjoyable way to learn French. From complete beginner to conversational we have classes for all levels. Our initial 8 week Complete Beginner French course covers all the basics you need to get started learning French. You can then progress through the different levels we offer. Classes are 1-1.5 hours long depending on the level and have a maximum of 8 people per class.
We like to keep our classes friendly and relaxed with a focus on useful and everyday vocabulary.
Our group French classes take place at Mirren Court One, Paisley which is easily accessible by car and public transport. Free parking is available.

Complete Beginner French

Our complete beginner course is perfect for those with little or no prior knowledge of French. This 8 week course starts from scratch and will give you the basics needed to get you started learning French. There are 2 x 8 week beginner courses to complete before progressing onto our Level 1 classes.
Level 1 French (Beginner)
Wednesday 5.30pm
Ideal for those who have completed the Complete Beginner French course with us or for those with a little prior knowledge but still looking to focus on the basics. Our level one classes mainly focuses on growing vocabulary with some very basic grammar thrown in.
This class is best suited to those who have already covered the following:
Basic Greetings, Alphabet/pronunciation, Numbers 1-100, Family members, Days of the week, jobs, basic food, months, telling the time & are aware of present tense endings. If you havent covered any of these topics please book our 8 Week Complete Beginner Course.
Level 2 French (Advanced Beginner)
Wednesday 7.30pm
For those with some prior knowledge of French or those who have completed Level 1. Our level 2 French is perfect for those who have already grasped the very basics of the language and are now looking to progress a little further. It is also the ideal start for those who have been self-learning at home via apps such as duolingo. We start to introduce more grammar and help you build confidence using different tenses in French.
Level 3 French (Conversational)
You've got the vocab, you're getting to grips with the grammar and now you want to put it all into practice. This course focuses on building confidence in speaking French. We focus on sentence structure, thinking on the spot, and how to communicate using the words you already know.

Levels 1,2 & 3 run Aug-Jun and availability will be posted on our website. You can join at any point throughout the year when a place is available. If the level you are interested in is showing as full please contact us to join our waiting list.
